The Fugazza's Family has been a cold meats producer for more than 40 years and the meat is carefully selected and prepared.

The cold meats are stored in our underground cellar, which has been in the Family for several generations.
Fugazza Graziano started producing cold meats in 1965 and then passed on the knowledge and his secrets to his son Stefano Fugazza, who is also the Trattoria's chef. Once you try our products, you will be taken back in time and you will be able to taste flavours that belong to the dishes of past eras.
